To reserve your share in the CSA, please print this form, and mail it together with your check to Laura as soon as possible. Abbe Hills Farm CSA is limited to 200 shares in 2010. Please write your comments and suggestions, and any special information, somewhere on the form.
You may make your check for the full amount for the option you have chosen, or for the portion of that amount that you are able to pay right now to Abbe Hills Garden CSA.
